Challenge
Habitat for Humanity affiliates in Georgia must maintain active Qualified Loan Originator (QLO) certifications to issue mortgages. Affiliates struggled with fragmented training resources, inconsistent access to certificates, and no reliable way to prove compliance. Staff often spent hours chasing down paperwork — and risked missing critical audits.

We built a secure affiliate portal that acts as a compliance data hub:
